About the Role:
We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Administrative Assistant, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.
● Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
● Greet visitors and provide information to visitors.
● Answer and direct phone calls.
● Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
● Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing.
● Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
● Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
● Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
● Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
● Submit and reconcile expense reports.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Proven admin or assistant experience.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite.
