About the Position:

We are seeking an E-commerce CRM Manager who is customer-obsessed, hands-on, and focused on delivering outstanding customer experience for our eCommerce stores. You will spearhead automation and personalization techniques to create a more frictionless customer experience that results in increased operational efficiency and customer lifetime value. As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead strategy and the technical execution and enablement of lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities:

● Be the in-house expert and champion of our marketing automation and personalization tools in order to engage, convert, and increase the value of prospects and customers across the customer lifecycle.

● Brainstorm ways to improve customer experience through cross-channel (email, SMS, and chat) campaigns through the use of test and optimization cycle for best performance.

● Own and oversee the customer lifecycle engagement strategy for our eCommerce stores from planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer service teams to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.

● Develop, implement and maintain effective and scalable marketing processes and data-driven and optimized execution of cross-channel communications.

● Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the conversion rate and LTV.

● Analyze and report on campaign performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw insights for optimization.

● Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and evergreen content strategies in order to optimize the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● 3-5+ years’ experience developing eCommerce lifecycle/CRM programs, with a focus on marketing automation/operations.

● Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels.

● Knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation and the ability/desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

● Exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes and positively impact the organization.

● Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypotheses and continually improve results.

About the Position:

We are looking for a motivated junior editor to help develop, execute, and manage content with goals of driving traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. This position’s responsibilities include overseeing a team of freelance writers, contributing at all stages of content production, and analyzing performance of those efforts.

Responsibilities:

● Recruit freelancers and content creators.

● Manage a team of freelancers and content creators from user communities.

● Meet with the marketing team to keep all team members updated on work progress.

● Work with Content Marketing Manager to create content pipeline and execute through content network.

● Ensure content promotes the brand in a positive and engaging way.

● Use analytical tools to monitor different campaigns’ progress and build strategies to improve their content according to these results.

● Conduct research on target audience to determine the best ways to reach and engage with them.

● Work with the leadership team to determine the style guide, brand voice and tone that writers will follow, and edit content pieces to ensure they meet these standards.

● Provide final revisions on content pieces to ensure they meet publishing guidelines.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● Minimum 2 years’ of copyediting/proofreading/fact-checking experience; experience in ecommerce brands is preferred.

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced webmaster to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s web presence, ensuring that our site is user-friendly and up to date at all times. You will also work with our marketing team to expand our presence through the design and implementation of new web-based applications that will positively impact our customers’ experience. You should be highly knowledgeable in server management and online security, content management, and have solid coding skills.

Responsibilities:

● Building and testing aesthetic, functional, and user-friendly websites.

● Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.

● Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.

● Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.

● Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices.

● Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers.

● Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages.

● Optimize loading speeds and capacity.

● Debug pages and fix broken links or images.

● Update website content and review SEO.

● Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions).

Requirements:

● BS/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred.
