30 Days Money Back Policy:

You should feel completely satisfied with your OMTech Fiber Cutter purchase, and your peace of mind is a significant part of that process. We want you to feel the same confidence in your new OMTech machine that we do, which is why every Fiber Cutter Machine purchase includes our Hassle-Free OMTech 30-Day Return option in order to fully experience and evaluate their new OMTech machine.

Our Hassle-Free OMTech 30-Day Return option allows you to return or exchange your OMTech purchase, for any reason, within 30 days of initial purchase. Refunds are simple and are issued once the original machine and all accompanying accessories have been returned. The refund or exchange will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee for items & accessories, 25% FC Laser Machine Series customization fee, and shipping or handling costs are not included.

Please note, due to terms set by the leasing company, financed or leased equipment may be exchanged only as they are not eligible for refunds of any kind. In the case of an exchange or return, we do suggest using the original packaging and equipment delivery crate for your convenience. We suggest additional care be taken when packing machines for returns /exchange as any accessories not returned or missing from initial delivery will not be refunded. Non-refundable fees will be based on the shipping/handling fees applied to the original delivery. Please call for confirmation prior to shipping any returns.

 

2-Year Limited Machine Warranty:

Machine Warranty

2 years Bumper to Bumper machine warranty for all machine mechanical and electrical components.(Except consumables parts)

Laser Power Source Warranty

  • 2 year warranty for models equipped with IPG laser source.
  • 1 year warranty for models equipped with other laser power sources.

WARRANTY DATES

The Company represents and warrants that the OMTech FC Series of products will perform according to the warranty policy stated above from date of invoice. Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the stated period. OMTech has the responsibility to offer a timely solution and/or repair if deemed inoperable or defective by OMTech Repair & Support Specialists. Clients are obligated to show proof of any such claims of machine parts or operational defects.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES

The Company and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the equipment and related products to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

In no event shall the Company or its supplier be held liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. Even in the case that the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, the liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of this document shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the Product.

POST WARRANTY SUPPORT AND/OR REPAIRS:

OMTech Laser offers free lifetime U.S.-Based tech support via phone & email to the original purchaser of the Fiber Cutters. However, after two (2) years warranty, replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client, including shipping charges. OMTech Laser will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.

 

Installation & Training :

With OMTech’s highly trained laser installation team you’ll be up and running in no time. We thoroughly inspect and install each machine with expert led training on-site for your business. We cover the most important items from machine safety, set-up, maintenance, basic software functions, and if time permits any new job you want to be set up for.
