Check the Drive (multiple axis failure)

    1. Red lights on all drives

Please unplug the power input of the mainboard and measure whether the voltage of the plug is 24V.

    • If not measured 24V and the difference to 24V is more than 2V, then the problem lies on the low-voltage power supply. Please contact us for further assistance.
    • If measured 24V, please restart the machine and check the lighting status of the drives and the movement status of the axis at this time.
      • If red light is on only 1 drive, please refer to the troubleshooting steps in 1. Red light on.
      • If red lights are on 2 drives, it is very likely that the problem lies on the mainboard.
      • If green light is on drive, then the problem is caused by the mainboard.

Please contact our friendly customer service for further assistance.

    2. Green light on drive
